PS:- This blog has nothing to with the company name Telelogic which is a part of IBM. This blog is for a company called Tele-logic ICT services Pvt. ltd. / Tele-logic LLC /Emircom LLC based out of Abu dhabi/ Riyad/ Bangalore.

Dear reader you reached on this blog, bcoz you searched for a company named Tele-logic ict services pvt ltd / Tele-logic LLC or Emircom based out of Abu Dhabi. I want to tell you that if you got an offer from them, then dont join; else you will be in a deep shit. I would love to have new collugues in my office. But at the same i dont want anyone else to spoil their carrier. So before joinning read the complete blog and please pass this information to other people also.
I personally renamed the company's name from EMIRCOM to SHITCOM. The company is really a deep shit company. At the time of joining, you will be interacting with these people:-
1. A consultant name Sadiya from Magmum Consultants in Bangalore.
2. Huzefa who claims that he is handling the HR part in India for Tele-logic / Emircom.
3. You will receive the offer letter from a big asshole name Jabeer so called HR head of both the companies.
4. The letter may be signed by a person name Debashish Guha Roy so called CEO of these companies.
Their may be few other people with whom you may interact.
Ok so now i will tell you how this company is running this racket.
1. They will take your interview you may get a call from UAE (abu dhabi) and then they will send you a offer letter saying that you have to join there bangalore office and you might be traveling to GCC countries for short projects. Looks good ... but BEWARE the scam is about the happen.
2. After joining you will be told that someone your visa got denied (they may give you any reason) and because of that you have to travel on a visit visa (i.e. Tourist visa). They will tell you that company has some very urgent projects which needs your supervision and then you will be carried away and will be sent you UAE or any other GCC.
3. As soon as you land their you will be forced to submit your passport and without proper employment visa you will be forced to work their. You will be given a treatment as slave and i am presently going through all this, so i know it better.
4. Just to pin point, it's inlegal to work on visit visa. If you are caught you will be deported back immediately and you will be banned from any further entry to the region. The company guys have some setting with immigration department of respective countries so they manage to save their ass. But you will be screwed my friend.
5. You will be getting your salary in Indian account and as promised in offer you are suppose to get 2200 dhs as DA. But the company policy says that you cannot avail this as advance and to get this amount you need to all type of approvals and literally beg in front of accounts people name Roshan etc. I have been facing this for past 1 year and i am fed up with all these things.
PLZPLZPLZPLZ ... i request you please dont join this shit company. If your outlook is just the money, then you may join but if you want to work with a company then please search something else.
One most important thing. They choose India company name Tele-logic as the same is registered as company of IBM. These people are using same sounding name to put people in the trap and then forcing them to work like salves. I am waiting for the day when i will get my passport back.. i will fly that very day back to india.
